Again, for bringing out water from locations requiring low heads, drainage wind mills, like tjaskers, are used. The patterns of wind flow, unique requirements of an area as well as the final usage of the wind energy determines which of the wind energy generators are more efficient and involves less costs. Thus, a detailed study of the systems is called for.

The sites that suit the functioning of these systems ideally are located on rural ranch areas. Wind resources can be easily renewed as well.
